Indeed there are many men who believe that Women exist only for
the purpose of pleasuring his penis, whether it be by fetish or
otherwise. However, there are those less selfish men who do realize
that Women have much more to offer than just Her body and Her
sexuality. Though if You find such a man and he has fetishes then
You will have to take certain measures and precautions to ensure
that You are more to him than just a prop in his fantasy. One
drastic yet fast and easy way would be to not give him (or to
stop giving) the fetish You know he likes and if he stays then
it proves he wants You more than his fetish. Keep in mind that
many submissive men have been starving for a number of years (some
even their entire lifetime) in trying to find a real Dominant
Woman and so once he finds one he most often foolishly loses Her
by immediately throwing Her a storyline scripted fantasy or a

I think a man is submissive or he is not submissive at all, aside
from his fetish. Certainly the fetish is very important for him
to express or feel his submission. But i think these men will
always have a submissive fundament which will only go hand in
hand with the fetish. In no case of submissiveness, there is only
the fetish. So it is on the Mistress and the slave to work out
this submissive fundament, otherwise there is truly the danger

To answer Your second question, one have to understand the relationship
between the fetish and the submissive fundament. If one of them
