This is a Roman Priestess of Isis.
In pre-Christianity times (before Constantine used Christianity to convince his Jewish troops to win a battle for him), the Romans were Pagan and had worshipped the Egyptian Goddess Isis, their own versians of the Greek Goddesses, the Greek Minoan Snake Goddess, and other Goddesses.
In Her hand (see above) She holds a musical instrument named a "Sistrum" which is used during rituals and dances to summons Isis.
The word "Sister" and "Sistine" Chapel comes from "Sistrum".
I was born on Goddess Isis's Birthday; September 8.
My Mother was born on July 17; the first day of Egyptian New Year, on which Goddess Isis is also celebrated.
My father was a Rosicrucian; which worships Goddess Isis.
I was born in the Year of the Horse, which means "Messenger".
