Return Policy: A merchandise order can be returned via mail and a refund can be issued but only if a prior written authorization number is given to you Supreme Goddess Lorena. An authorization number can be given only if Supreme Goddess Lorena feels that there is enough evidence that your merchandise order was filled incorrectly. (Shipping/Handling charges cannot be refunded). Supreme Goddess Lorena will not be held responsible for any damage that may be done to the merchandise during shipping. Those damages should be addressed and dealt with through your local post office.
